This detached four-bedroom villa, which is also available as a premier 3 bedroom option, has been recently completely upgraded with stunning new furnishings and accessories. What sets it apart among Antigua villas is the expansive first-floor living space, offering breathtaking sea views and seamless access to a wraparound infinity-edged saltwater pool, a charming gazebo, and beautifully landscaped private gardens.

The outdoor dining area leads into the large lounge and open-plan, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate dining table. On the upper floor, there is a master ensuite bedroom with a private balcony lounge providing 180-degree ocean views. Also on the upper floor are two guest ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and ocean view terrace, and the other with twin beds that can be converted to a king bed.

The lower level has a privately accessed, exquisitely furnished private guest suite with a queen size bed, bathroom, separate lounge, and private garden sun deck. This suite is accessed via an external stairway that leads from the pool deck. The villa has air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, along with Wi-Fi and cable and Smart TV in every room.
