Minimum Stays
Studios and Suites
Three (3) nights, except in the Festive Season when it is five (5) nights.
Private Residences
Four (4) nights, except in the Festive Season when it is seven (7) nights.
Bookings Cancellation Policy
Studios and Suites
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- Cancellations received between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Festive Season:
- Cancellations received between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay
Private Residences
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay
Festive Season:
- Cancellations received between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.
- Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Payment Policy
Studios and Suites
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the arrival day.
Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the arrival day.
Private Residences
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 45 days prior to the arrival day.
Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 90 days prior to the arrival day.
