Two (2) nights, except in the Festive Season when it is five (5) nights.
Suites and Private Residences
Four (4) nights, except in the Festive Season when it is seven (7) nights.
Bookings’ Cancellation Policy
Studios
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be 100% refundable
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the stay
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 100%
Festive Season:
- Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be 100% refundable
- Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival will be charged 100%
Suites and Private Residences
Dates outside the Festive Season:
- Cancellation received 45 days prior to arrival will be 100% refundable
- Cancellations received between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay
Festive Season:
- Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be 100% refundable
- Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival will be charged 100%
Payment Policy

Dates outside the Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the arrival day.
Festive Season:
- At the time of the booking, an immediate payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 89 days prior to the arrival day.
